Gravy Train food for Cats?
You know you get that ad with all the dogs getting on a train and eating Gravy Train Dog food, will there be one for cats where you add water and it becomes a gravy?
I sure hope not as it's an extremely low quality food!
Ingredients in the dry dog food:
Corn, soybean meal, beef and bone meal, animal fat, animal digest, salt, cellulose gum, caramel color, potassium chloride, bone phosphate, choline chloride, minerals (ferrous sulfate, zinc oxide, manganous oxide, copper sulfate, calcium iodate, sodium selenite), pantothenate, riboflavin supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamin mononitrate, vitamin A supplement, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 supplement, vitamin D3 supplement), dried beef stock, red 40, yellow 5, yellow 6, blue 2, BHA (preservative), tocopherols (preservative), citric acid (preservative).
Yuck! The very first ingredient is corn (which means that's what the food is mostly made up of... great thing to feed your carnivores, huh?) and it's full of unhealthy dyes and synthetic preservatives. I wouldn't feed that to wild animals let alone my own cats and dogs!
Darksong~
