Agility Training

Do I combine weightlifting and agility training for football in one session?

How do I go about this, i'm going to tryout for football next season and i'm starting to condition and train myself now. Do I weightlift AND sprint/jump/run ect. in one training session? Like start out day one by hitting the weights and right after do some 40 yard dashes?


No do them separately. Do weight lifting one day take break for one and then the day after that do some agility's.
