How do I stop my puppy from crying/barking?
I've read tons of info on puppy training and watched videos. I'm really losing my patience. Buddy my baby Lab is awesome when I can give him attention. When I'm out of the room for more than 15 seconds, he starts crying. I understand that I need to exercise him and do some training such as "sit" and "down". That's great and all, but I can't commit more than 2 hours a day. Another major issue is that he's not fully vaccinated. It'll take another 3 months before I can even walk him or take him outside for some good exercise. So what are my options?
My nephew's Alakskan Malamute is the same way. As soon as she hears that front door close, she started crying. But after a few days she got used to it. And her whing and crying stopped almost 90%.
Also you can try getting her interactive toys, and hide treats inside. maybe that will keep her mind busy. good luck, i hope that helped
