I am from the states and I am doing a project on dog laws and behaviors in the uk!?

I was wonderng if someone would tell me a little about law in England for dogs. Also other things such as where dogs are allowed in public places? do people dress up their dogs in clothes? Why do dogs walk around without leashes? Why are the dogs in the UK so well mannered? Also, it would be amazing if you could sent me a picture of your dog I could use for a project! Thanks!

Dogs are allowed into most public places except, shops and any where food is served, except dogs for the blind. In most area's dogs must be on a leash, there is a hefty fine if you are caught. I have seen a few people that dress their dog but its very few and far between. I wil send you a photo of my dog, he is a Yorkshire Terrier.
