Hi, im going to be moving out this summer and i would like to rent a place possibly in Vancouver or montreal. The problem is i own 1 male red heeler in tact dog who is 100% trained, doesnt bark bite or anything, gos to dog shows fly ball and herding etc., 2 tegus 2 snakes and 2 bearded dragons. is this possible to find a place where i could stay? could anyone help me? sorry...my english is bad...im french speaking

In the foothills and the terai forests, in the sanctuaries (Jaldhapara and Gorumara in the neighboring Jalpaiguri) can be seen the gaur or Bison, the single horned rhinoceros and elephants.
Darjeeling is also the home of six hundred varieties of beautiful birds like fairy bluebirds, sunbirds, orioles, flycatchers, finches, woodpeckers, Rufus piculate, emerald cuckoos, three-toed kingfishers, long-tailed broadbills, long-legged falcons, Hoogson's imperial pigeons, emerald doves, besides a large number of seasonal migratory birds on their way to the plains.
Fascinating Darjeeling the famous summer haunt of the Rabindranath Tagore was also his inspiration for many of his best creations. Today it is known for six T’s -Tea, Tourism, Tiger Hill, Toy Train, Teak and Trekkers’ paradise. Accommodation in Darjeeling has never been a problem for any visitors to the Queen of Hill Stations. There is always ample accommodation available from lavish hotels to economical lodgings. Travelers are advised to book earlier if planning a tour between March end and May due to the peak season. Arranging accommodation on reaching might be complicated and could be expensive. There are a few government approved hotels which provide subsidized rate for government employees and dignitaries.

I need a device I can add onto a standard tank toilet so that it'll automatically flush once a day.
We've trained our cats to use the toilet, but they can't flush (no opposable thumbs....) I'd be happier leaving them alone for a couple of days if I knew the toilet would flush.
Apologies for the bizarre question. Most devices on the market seem to be "no touch" infrared affairs, which obviously isn't what I need.
The only type I have seen are for commercial type toilets. An idea might be to check out a solnoid valve and a timer such as used on lawn sprinkler systems. You would need to install a separate water line that dumped the water into the overflow tube. (no way to raise the flapper) This could be done with flex hose so it could be moved when you are home. (just need to remember to shut off the water supply at that time.) The water entering the overflow tube would go to the bowl and through the bowls trap. Sounds crazy but thats all I can come up with.

Or, obeying the ‘drop’ command could stop your dog hurting itself if it picks up an unsafe object.”
The most common and useful skills to teach your dog are walking to heel, sitting, lying down, staying, coming, leaving and dropping. PDSA advocates using an effective and kind method of training called ‘positive reinforcement’. This means rewarding good behaviour with healthy treats, praise or play, so that the dog will want to repeat the behaviour. This technique makes it easier for them to understand what their owner wants them to do, which improves learning.
Puppies have the greatest potential for learning, but it’s never too late to start training a dog. However, puppies have short attention spans, so it is best to train them for short periods on a regular basis. It is best not to try to teach them lots of skills at once, as this can be confusing. Are ultrasonic bark control systems safe for dogs? Will it cause hearing damage?
We recently purchased the PetSafe Ultrasonic Bark Control Pet Training System for $39.99 from Petsmart. Despite very negative reveiws on the web and Amazon about its effectiveness, we have noticed significant reduction in barking, especially overnight/mornings. We are quite happy about the results but also a bit concerned about our dogs. They are small breed 10-15lbs and we want to make sure they are not being tormented or overly punished for barking. Since we can't hear the device when it goes off, we have no way of knowing the magnitude of the "correction."
When I lived with my dad he had one of these it worked amazingly and it never seemed to bother my dogs when they barked they would stop and continue what they were doing. But it only made his yorkshire terrier bark more lol I was amused by this since she was the reason he bought it lol.
