Slave Pet Training

IF YOU WERE A BLACK SLAVE IN THE 1800's, WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

When I was in my History class, we were given a few choices by the teacher:
a) Do nothing about it, just spend the rest of your life as a slave
b) Run away every time you get a chance and take the risk of being whipped
c) Be an 'owners pet' and snitch on anyone that plans on running away and be in the owners good books

I didn't know which one to pick...I would be crap at running for the train...I'm allergic to pain and I don't wan to be horrible to my people...

What would you do?
lmfao, yeah, I guess you can try kill the master BUT what if he doesn't die?? You would get whipped like a zillion times!! Nah, I aint gonna take the risk
I've watched a film called Roots...I cried so much when I saw slaves being whipped and one got his toes cut off!! I was 12/13 then so it really scared me

Its like the slaves that jumped off the ships and drowned,rather than endure the nasty condition
of their existence.
And I'm sure that God did not frown down upon this action to get
out of a horrendous situation.
