how to greet, order in which food is served, order of serving, sidewprk, etc.
I try, but do not like training newbies in this field. You can tell in a day or 2 if they "have it" or not. I don't mean "it" like knowledge of the job, but more like a part of their personality that will allow/enable them to do the job. Others in the biz will know what I mean by that. It's not as easy as most think it is.
