Is there any law that prevents a guide dog in training form going into a school with a student in Utah?

My principle wont let me bring my guide dog to our school because its a "distraction" Can he do this?


Yes, your Principal (note the correct spelling) may disallow you bringing the dog into classes and on the school property. You are not a trainer; you are a puppy raiser. The pup is not in training; it is being raised to possibly one day be a guide dog candidate. Being a puppy raiser is a very important job, and you are to be commended for volunteering your time and effort towards such a worthy cause, however, you have no rights to take the pup anywhere that a pet dog is not allowed. Some schools will allow the raiser to bring the pups to school, which does help round out the total experience that a pup encounters during its raising, but there are no laws which give the raiser the right to demand access.
I suggest you consult with your puppy club leader about issues such as this which are bound to arise. Your program puppy club leader is a wealth of information and you should be using this resource to the best of your ability.

Free Dog Training Guide

Math helpppp please? Unit finals and i suck at the fractions.?

1. (-4x)^2?

2.(3m/2n)^3?

3.- (xy^2)^3?

(Woo, fun part-not-, word problemss!!)

4. A jar contains 54 pennies, and 2/3 of the coins in the jar are pennies. How
many coins c are in the jar?

5. A guide-dog training center took 1/2 of the puppies at the dog pound.
Steve took 1/2 of the remaining.Tanya took the 5 that were left. How
many puppies were there to begin with?

6. Write a word problem that could be solved with the equation x - 3/4 = 6 3/4


Thanks again, For five i (think) the answer is 20, but im not fully sure? Feel free to ask any language or science questions. Math and Social I'm NOT anywhere near good at. It'll be helpful to explain the answers and how to get to the sum, so it's a learning expirience instead of just get the answers given to me [:

(-4)(x)(-4)(x) right?

16x^2 right?

2. (3m/2n)^3

i feel like i agree with previous poster but i feel that the answer is actually negative.
assuming we must apply the exponent before the negative outside the parenthesis in accordance with order of operations, then wouldn't it look like this?
-{(xy^2)(xy^2)(xy^2)}

so that would go to:
count x's and y's
-(x^3y^6)

I'm not calling out previous poster. this is just my take on it.

pennies are 54
2/3 of the coins are 54
2/3 of unknown is 54
2/3 (of means multiply in word problems) X unknown (is means equals in word problems) = 54
2/3 x X = 54
X = 54 / (2/3)
X = 81 coins

ok let's track puppies (gonna be X)
first, had X, then lost half so, (x-(1/2)(x))
then lost half of that which is expressed as -(1/2)(x-(1/2)(x))
then there were 5 left. so...
X - (1/2)X - (1/2)(X-(1/2X))=5
^distributive property applies here! ex. -(1/2)(X) + (1/4)X
^neg (1/2) and neg (1/2)make pos
X - (1/2)X - (1/2)X + (1/4)X = 5
look at all the coefficients 1 - (1/2) - (1/2) + (1/4) = 1/4
1/4x=5
x=5 / (1/4)
x=20

6. Write a word problem that could be solved with the equation x - 3/4 = 6 3/4

actually i like the previous poster's word problem.
