Our Camping Trip
It all started on a bright sunny day, the four of us where on our way camping, with the dogs of course. Who wouldn't want to give the dogs a chance to run in the great outdoors. We packed up and took two vehicles. Tents, Food, Sleeping Bags, and Outdoor Gear for the day and night wear. We had planned on hiking, so hiking boots were a must for that.
My husband brought some dehydrated food with us just for fun. We all had Emergency supplies also. It took us a while to find the best campsite we wanted with no people around us. So we put up the tents, set us our sleeping gear, and started to make dinner over the campfire. It got a little dark, and the noises started. First it was the wolves, then other noises. Some we had no Idea. The Dogs Got spooked, and so did we. We heard shots in the background. After dinner the campfire started, looking for some light and warmth. We didn't worry so much at the time. We opened our favorite beer and wine and started to relax. Then it all started. The big HOWL again. I was so scared, I grabbed my Puppy, and my sister in law grabbed her Boxer named Max, Max is an old Boxer, Max is like a Grandpa to our puppy, and to see him with dog booties on his feet, you'd say, he'll protect us. So we started talking and relaxing trying to worry about it. The Men got us to look at something around the trucks, and then WOOOOOH, there it goes a white cloud, Swooping right past them. The two men stepped back a couple of steps and just stood there. Thinking it was just an allusion. They didn't say anything to us yet, then WOOOOOH again. The Tents started Moving. There were no stars in the sky, and no moon above us. Out Camping, No Stars, No Moon, What Now? As One of the Men, I will call him BOB, walked in the dark to find a flashlight, then proceeded to flash it around to see if he could find his way around. In the Northwest part of the Camp there was a object standing there. From a distance, it looked like Half Coyote, half man. Bob backed up and walked over by the other 3 people and the dogs. Thinking about weapons, they did have a gun in the truck. That meant, turning on the flashlight and maybe being seen by the Half coyote, half Man, which I call a Moyote. Bob felt his way to the truck, by the way of the tents and camping gear. He found the gun and proceeded to find his way back next to his family. The dogs started barking, and now we were to be noticed even more. Bob turned on the flashlight to see if he could see the Moyote again. And there it was, a little closer. He checked to see if the Gun was still loaded and the safety was off. The four of them decided to put the women and dogs in the truck for safety, and the men were going to look for the Moyote. After the women and dogs got in the truck, the two men set out to find the curious creature. Bob had his gun, but if this was some weird creature, the bullets might not do it. As they got closer, the creature started charging after them. Bob shot at him, and nothing happened. The creature jumped on the men and tore up their arms, They started screaming.
The next thing that happened, Bob woke up. It was all a dream. I guess the moral of the story is next time eat some dehydrated food and granola. Your dreams might not be as bad.

The only difference is that the sound of Pavlov's bell has been replaced with a command, but the principle is still the same. The puppy hears the command "COME" and he comes because he has been trained to expect a treat when he hears that command. It's that simple, so why spend hundreds of dollars on expensive obedience schools when obedience training is so simple that you can do this yourself? Just go to your local grocer's pet aisle and get some doggy treats and give one to your puppy every time he comes when you tell him "COME!"
This conditional puppy training does not only work with training your dog to come. You can also use Pavlov's conditional training to teach your dog other commands as well. For example, teaching your dog to sit works the same way. Upon the command "SIT," give your dog a treat every time he sits. You may have to gently push his rump down to get him to sit so he knows that he is supposed to sit when he hears "SIT!"
How about training your dog some entertaining tricks? You probably doubt that the Pavlovian conditional learning tactics for training your puppy tricks won't work, right? Wrong. Pavlovian tactics work great for puppy training tricks also. The important thing is that you get your puppy to understand the action he is to perform when he hears a certain word and you give him a treat when he performs the appropriate action upon hearing that word. It works like a charm. So how do you get your puppy to get to understand the actions he is to perform upon the commands? Well, that depends on the trick you want him to learn. Some tricks are below.
Training your puppy to shake is probably one of the most common tricks people like to teach their dogs. This is also one of my favorite tricks, especially with large dogs that like to put their paws on your leg or somewhere else. This is also one of the easiest tricks to teach your dog. Get him to shake by gently lifting his paw and shake it as if you were to shake a hand along with telling him "SHAKE!" Give him a treat and then he will lift the paw for you to shake it. To be real cute, have your dog sit first, and then as your dog sits, tell him "SHAKE" and have him lift his paw for you to shake. This can be a cute spectacle for houseguests.
Training your puppy to sing can be a bit more tricky and may not work with all dogs. This usually works with dogs that like to howl or bray. My first grade teacher had such a dog that would sing with us when we had music class. This was quite a bit of fun, but it is a rather difficult trick to teach your dog. The best way is to get your dog to sit and then as you play a song, get him to howl on the command "SING!" You may have to howl to get your puppy to howl. As your puppy begins to howl on command, give him a treat.

Let the police an other emergency personnel investigate the scene with the vehicles in place and move them more safely at a later point.
Third, call the police. Accident reports are extremely helpful if the police will do such a report. Let the police know you are injured immediately. Answer the police questions honestly. But if you are dazed or confused, let them know you need medical treatment and answer only what you feel sure about. Remember, your statements can and will be used against you if you admit fault, and it will be too late and too fishy to later say you didn’t know what you were saying at the scene. Police know that your best recollection is immediately after an accident.
Fourth, get the other driver’s information including their names, addresses, driver’s license numbers, make and model of their vehicles, license plate numbers, and their insurance company name and policy number. If there are witnesses, get their names, addresses and telephone numbers as well. If the other driver makes any admissions of fault, write those down as well.
Fifth, if you have a camera on your cell phone or in the car and you aren’t too injured, take some photos of the vehicles and the scene. If you can’t do it right away, do it after you are released from the hospital.
Sixth, if you are hurt, obtain medical treatment. Don’t decline the ambulance or hospital examination to save your insurance company money or to be stoic. Take your valuables out of your car if you can and get checked out at the hospital. If you are not hurt, don’t get treatment you don’t need. However, remember, after an accident, you may feel a rush of adrenaline that causes you to only start feeling symptoms of pain a few hours later. If you have a health plan that requires you to obtain permission first, call them and find out where you are allowed to seek treatment.
Seventh, call a good auto accident attorney as soon as you have had your initial treatment, so the lawyer can gather other important evidence and prevent the insurance company from taking advantage of you and obtaining such things as recorded statements that you feel fine, when many of your symptoms have yet to manifest themselves. A good auto accident lawyer can save you from making a great deal of mistakes and can shoulder much of the hassle of knowing what to do about car repairs, car rentals, medical treatment, witness statements and the like. If you think you will save money by not having an attorney, think again. A good auto accident lawyer can almost always obtain much higher settlements, obtain reductions of medical bills and insurance liens and prevent you from making costly mistakes. Also, most auto accident attorneys advance costs of obtaining police reports, medical records and the like and are paid and reimbursed for these costs only out of any settlement.
Eight, you will need to report the accident to your insurance company, but since they will want to take a recorded statement from you, just like any other driver’s insurance company, it’s good advice to retain an attorney first. Personally I think the OWNER needs just as much training as the DOG, and sending the dog away doesn't do the owner any good.
So you send the dog away for a couple of weeks, he learns how to obey someone else and to respect them, and then he comes back to you and you have no idea how to give the commands. It confuses the dog, frustrates you, and serves no purpose.

Firstly I feel you would be better off having one to one training sessions witha local trainer. They will establish exactly why your dog is aggressive i.e. is he naturally aggressive or fear aggression or whatever. You need to be there so you can understand the reasons behind the training. It's no good just sending the dog away and him coming back trained, he will only be trained and respond to the person who trains him and that needs to be you. Contact a local trainer or behaviourist and explain the situation you have and if they can't help you them I'm sure they could recommend someone who can. Good Luck.

Don't go from zero to 100. If your kids don't help out at all right now, don't hit them with a 20-task list. Instead, start small and let them feel the accomplishment in a few tasks. After a few months, gradually increase the tasks.
3. Be specific to avoid frustration.
There's nothing worse than telling a kid to make their bed and then finding a blanket thrown over the lumpy sheets. The parent feels frustrated that it's not done correctly, and the child feels like they're always getting scolded. When devising the tasks, be specific about when it needs to be done and how. Garbage day is Monday morning? Make sure they sort Sunday night and tell them how you want it done. More instruction now means less frustration later. Oh, and don't forget to praise and thank them. A pat on the back goes a long way.
