Behaviour Cats

behaviour cats
Am i legally responsible for my cats behaviour?

My cat is sitting on a neighbours Porsche convertible and clawing to roof!
If you answer this can you tell me where you get your information from so i know whether to value your answer or not!

thanks.
Ive bought a cat alarm for neighbour to stick on his roof. i will also suggest a car cover! The cats out all day and i cant be there and watch a cat all day.

If he runs my cat over i wont be amused..
Thanks for the replies. Firstly im in the UK and the1971 Animals act states that an owner is not legally responsible for a cats behaviour. secondly i will offer my neighbour my car cover (i also own a convertible but the cat doesnt claw mine or at least it doesnt show!). thirdly i have bought a pet alarm that the neighbour can stick on his roof which emits a siren when it detects movement.

Yes you are!!
