Training A Puppy

Does someone know of good websites on very simple puppy training?

We have a 9 week old sheltie. He's smart, but we cannot get him into puppy training until April. In the meantime I would like to work with him on very simple commands---like no, come, and fetch. Does anyone know of sites that have ideas on training these simple commands?
