How do I leash training my Husky?
I've just got a Siberian Husky puppy and I read you need to start leash training at the age of 8 weeks or so.. and its really hard o.O he always bites the leash.. and just sits whenever he wants.. and he won't continue walking.. I got him before 2-3 weeks.. I really love him, help anyone >:?
and it will be awesome if you can tell me how to teach them to poop and pee outside.. that little puppy is a shitting machine >.<
As far as leash training you can go to youtube and type in how to train a puppy on a leash and the videos will pop up. There are quite a few of them. Now, to train him to do the business outside, take him out every hour and tell him every time "go potty" so he knows what you are talking about. Have some treats with you to so when he does go potty you can give him the treat on the spot and praise him and tell him good boy.Rubbing his nose in his mess will not do any good. Any dog trainer will tell you that. You can use those potty training mats and put it close to the door where you want him to go out. Don't put them all over the house. That will only confuse him. If you can't watch him the whole time, you might consider getting a crate for him and crate train him. It should only be big enough for him to turn around in. Puppys and dogs will not mess where they have to sleep. It's a good way for him to learn how to hold it until he can go outside.
