Need specific dog training tips!?

My 3 year old dog, who is neutered, knows that he will get in trouble if pees in the house, yet he continues to urinate on my PILLOW, up to 3 times a week. It happens as soon as he comes in from outside, and he intentionally sneaks up to my room to do it. I'm confused and very upset with him. This behavior has been going on for months and I need to get him to stop, its driving me crazy! PLEASE HELP!!
