House Cat Behavior Problems

Cat Problems...Help!?

I had been having a lot of problems with my 2 cats urinating throughout my house. They have both been spayed and the problem continues.

I clean the areas where they have had these 'accidents' including washing all the fabrics, cleaning surfaces, etc. but still the problem continues. Also, I always keep their litterbox clean.

I do not know what to do to get them to stop this behavior. I have never caught either one of the cats doing this so I don't know which one it is. I have had them spayed, tested for bladder infections, and clean their litterbox daily. Getting rid of either one of them is NOT an option.

Should I get them separate litterboxes or what?
